2. Terms of use

2.1 What the website is

The website presents New Sky Games products, including Realms of Enchantment. It is provided for information. Purchases are not made on this website; links to a shop or social media take you to third-party services with their own terms.

2.2 Use

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse it, try to break or overload it, or use it in breach of the law.

2.3 Intellectual property

All texts, illustrations, characters, card designs, logos and other content on the website belong to STUDIO MERLIN, s.p. or its licensors. Copying, distributing or using them commercially without written permission is not allowed.

2.4 No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors. Product details, images and availability may change without notice.

2.5 Liability

To the extent allowed by law, STUDIO MERLIN, s.p. is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, including errors, outages, lost data or content of linked third-party websites. Since the website is free to use, any liability is limited to EUR 0. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, harm to life, body or health caused by us, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If you misuse the website or break these terms, you agree to compensate us for the resulting claims and costs, to the extent allowed by law.

We may change, suspend or close the website, or change these terms, at any time. The version published here applies.

2.8 Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to the protection of the mandatory law and courts of your country of residence. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.

3.1 Controller

3.2 What we collect

• We do not ask for your name, email or any other personal data on the website.
• We use no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images load from our own server.
• Our web server does not keep access logs of your visits. Like any website, our hosting provider technically receives your IP address to deliver the pages.
• On realms.newsky-games.com, characters and challenges you mark with the heart are saved only in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us. You can delete them by removing the hearts or clearing your browser data.

3.3 Visitor statistics

To see how many people visit and which pages they view, we use Umami, a privacy-friendly statistics tool that we run on our own server (Hostinger, Germany). It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. For each page view it records the page address, the referring website, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and country (derived from your IP address). Your IP address itself is not stored. Page views are saved as anonymous records, grouped only by a temporary random visit ID that is reset regularly, so they cannot be used to identify you or follow you across other websites. We use them only for our own statistics and never sell or share them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you block scripts or use a tracker blocker, no statistics are recorded.

3.4 Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger on a server in Germany (EU).

3.5 Links to other services

When you follow a link to Instagram or another service, that service's own privacy policy applies.

3.6 Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
